Beautiful Lake Royal Home Renovation

This beautiful lakefront home was built in the 90s and needed some updating. We removed a wall to open the space from kitchen to living room to allow for easy entertaining and open the overall flow of the home. In addition, we built 2 islands, custom cabinetry, a wine bar, and a pantry to finish off the kitchen. To complete the look, we built a custom corner TV unit stained to match one of the islands. In addition, we refinished the floors and deepened the color, built a custom laundry room, updated the powder bath, guest bath, and repainted throughout. The end result is a beautiful and comfortable lakefront retreat.
